Affordable Housing

Vantage Care works with several community organizations to include non-profits, City Jails, Jewish Community Center, Veterans Affairs (VA), and local Community Service Boards (CSB) to provide Rooms at affordable rates. We maintain a clean and healthy environment for all residents. For residents that do not qualify for DD Waiver Residential or Assisted living, we also can provide home health and feeding programs as needed. 

DD Waiver Residential Group Home (In process)

Vantage Care DD Waiver residential group home. Our homes are licensed by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services. We provide training in the homes such as self-care, communication, independent living skills, behavior management, and community living skills. There is support provided in the area of transportation, medication administration, and accessing community resources. The programs are staffed by Direct Support Professionals who provide skill-building and safety supports outlined in the individual’s person-centered plan. 

Our homes are set up like a traditional home. We make every effort to ensure that the individuals are comfortable and feel welcome in their community. We encourage individuals to take ownership of their homes and make their living space their own. 

Assisted Living Facility (ALF) (In process)

Vantage Care’s Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) are licensed by the Department of Social Services. Our ALF homes provide care to adults with a varying degree of mental illness and support needs. Our ALF homes have a high staff to resident ratio to ensure that the residents receive the personal attention that is needed. There is support provided in the area of transportation, medication administration, and accessing community resources. 

Our Assisted Living Facilities are set up like a traditional home. We make every effort to ensure that our residents are comfortable and feel welcome in their community. We encourage our residents to take ownership of their homes and make their living space their own.
